The bank for a changing world.

Apprenticeships/

A new world awaits you

Is Uni not for you or wondering what to do after your A-Levels? Why not consider a career where you’ll be paid to learn at one of the world’s leading corporate banks. Our apprenticeship programme has roles across many of our business lines – including Global Markets, Global Banking, HR, IT, Compliance and Legal, so it’s a great way to start your career journey at BNP Paribas. If you’re driven, motivated and can bring a diversity of thought, creativity, and innovation then we want to develop you and your potential.

Our Apprentices start in September and are based in our London and Glasgow offices, plus you’ll get a mentor and lots of support to help you throughout your role and studies.

Currently we only offer Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships.

Apprenticeship Programme

Our apprenticeships provide the ideal opportunity to gain experience and exposure in banking across multiple business areas, learning as you go and building your knowledge so you can lay the foundations for your future career at BNP Paribas.

The opportunity

We believe it’s you who will shape our future, so we provide you with the best possible support to help you learn, grow and aim to build a long-term future together. You’ll get to work on interesting assignments across our business lines, which are constantly evolving, along with our clients and society, so there’s plenty of opportunity for career progression. We provide the resources to give you a healthy work-life balance in a work environment that’s diverse and inclusive, so you can feel good about your job and empowered to be your authentic self at work.

The person

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who are keen to learn about the banking industry and have a curious, ambitious mindset. Being a team player is important, so you’ll need strong communication and organisation skills too.

Our programmes would suit candidates finishing their A-Levels (three or equivalent), or attained them within the last 12 months, plus a minimum of a grade C in Maths and English GCSE.

Our Apprenticeship roles open early February each year.
