Our Apprentices start in September and are based in our London offices, plus you’ll get a mentor and lots of support to help you throughout your role and studies.

The person
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to learn about the banking industry and have a curious, ambitious mindset. Being a team player is really important, so you’ll need strong communication and organisation skills too. Our programmes would suit candidates finishing their A-Levels (three or equivalent) in 2025, or attained within the last 12 months, plus a minimum of a grade C in Maths and English GCSE.
