They start this September and are based in our London and Glasgow offices, plus you’ll get a starting salary of £25k.

The person
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to learn about the banking industry and have a curious, ambitious mindset. Being a team player is really important, so you’ll need strong communication and organisation skills too. Our programmes would suit candidates finishing their A-Levels (three or equivalent) in 2024, or attained within the last 12 months, plus a minimum of a grade C in Maths and English GCSE.
