If you’re currently in the penultimate year of your degree, you could join us in London or Glasgow for our immersive hands-on programme. It will put you exactly where it matters, doing real work alongside our people. Our Summer Internship runs from June to August each year, and applications open in October.
From day one, you’ll receive dedicated onboarding and training, giving you the tools and confidence to hit the ground running and make a positive impact. We offer exciting roles across departments from Fund Accounting and Middle Office to Loan Solutions and Client Services & Delivery. Whatever your interest, this is your chance to work alongside industry experts as you gain real-world expertise and build a network that will launch your professional journey.
You must be in your penultimate year and on track for a 2:1 degree. You demonstrate curiosity, drive and determination, as well as a proactive attitude. In fact, you thrive on change, think on your feet and communicate with confidence – both in writing and in person – so you’ll fit right in. Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to adapt and a genuine desire to learn are essential. You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves, develop core skills and gain real-world exposure in the fast-moving world of finance.
Let us grow your skills and confidence through this one-year paid trainee programme, giving you real-world experience while you earn. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, with or without a degree, and we don’t need to see any relevant work experience. The Investment20/20 Programme starts in September and applications open in February each year.
As part of our Investment20/20 Trainee Programme, you’ll complete a one-year placement in a full-time paid role. You’ll be based in London or Glasgow, and whichever team you join, you’ll be part of our wider Securities Services. We’ll make sure you have hands-on experience with formal technical training, as well as ongoing development to support your next steps. And of course, you’ll benefit from mentorship and access to industry-wide network events.
